Ughh, this isn't going to help our war on drugs anytime soon. This used to be an expensive illegal drug, but now it is affordable for too many especially teens.

Hopefully, parents will educate their children and make sure they know what signs to look for with drug use and get them treatment early.

Thats freaky. I didn't realize heroin was so cheap. I don't know how kids don't have a negative stigmatism with it, I know I carry one with almost all drugs.

I think most kids are against it, but many give in to peer pressure. Many times it just takes that one time for them to get hooked.

One reason why parents should really pay attention to what type of friends their children hang with. Make sure they are good kids and not trouble makers.

Yeah, parents definately need to be very involved in their childrens lives but it seems like it isn't that easy. I mean this stories parents seemed fairly involved and noticed things but trusted their child because they hadn't been betrayed yet. Parenting definately looks pretty rough sometimes, though the biggest mistake I feel these parents did was not forcing their child into rehab.

I am sure it is tough, but too many parents are too busy and don't make enough time for their children to sit down with them to see what's up.

Yeah, I think these parents are probably one of the exceptions of ones that seem tuned in. Most are just too lazy or don't wish to take the time it seems.

Well one good thing is that if the price is cheap, a lot of the scum dealers will not want to deal with it, because the risk/reward is no longer worth it. At least I hope.

You probably won't see the "glamour" anymore but I'm sure people will still go for it since its available.
